Cinnamon

Our fresh harvest 2021 Single Origin 'cassia' cinnamon comes from our partner farm of Mr. Swamy on the western ghats of India in the state of Kerala. Our cinnamon has sweet tasting notes and has a subtle nutty aftertaste of honey. Our cinnamon can be used in making delicious braised beef and can make equally toothsome pies and cakes, to the warm 'Mulled Wine' for a cold winter night. Our cinnamon also goes well in making a simple concoction with Saffron and can be had after dinner time to keep oneself warm and free from common cold.
