We currently offer Complimentary Two Day Shipping via FedEx/UPS for all US including Alaska & Hawaii for all orders above $30. So we strongly encourage you to go with that, we want you to enjoy our spices ASAP!!!

If your order is less than $30 then shipping costs depend on the weight of the order, as we use either FedEx/UPS - Ground shipping service. Most orders with ground (5-7 day) shipping cost $6-9. But you will see the best rates on the checkout page.

Returns Policy

If in the unlikely event we fall short of your expectations and you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please do contact us by email at orders@rootspice.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will provide you with a store credit.

We currently do not accept any returns for food items due to food safety and health regulations.

Any customized product cannot be returned/exchanged or refunded.

Any non-food item can be returned within 7 days of delivery, please do mention the reason for the return in your email as that will help us improve and serve you better. All return requests needs to be authorized before and we will be providing you with a return label, please email at orders@rootspice.com

You will be responsible for the shipping costs on all returns.
